Refund and Returns Policy

1. Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 2999 qualify for free shipping.
• Shipping Charges: For orders of Rs. 2999 or below, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 will apply.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging (box and bottle) must be intact.
• If more than 10% of the product has been used, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Please note: Customers will be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item delivered).

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
